Strategic Alliances Manager – Vendor Partnerships

UK based (Remote, ideally South East)

Job Type:

Full Time

About the Role

Performanta is looking for a UK-based Strategic Alliances Manager to lead our vendor partnerships portfolio. This remote-first role (ideally based in the South East), reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, focuses on expanding relationships with powerhouse vendors such as Google, CrowdStrike, and StrongDM. With an ASAP start, we’re seeking a candidate who can develop joint GTM plans, manage channel partners like Decision Inc and Cyexel, and drive partner-sourced revenue through clear strategic execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment across partnership efforts. The role demands someone adept at defining and tracking KPIs, navigating co-sell models, and ensuring clear engagement boundaries across our ecosystem of strategic vendors. A solid grasp of vendor landscapes and experience in cybersecurity is essential, along with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build meaningful relationships.

The successful candidate will bring a commercial mindset, strong technical fluency, and sharp stakeholder management skills. From sales and project planning to report writing and market analysis, the role is a blend of tactical execution and long-term strategy. Independence, cross-functional collaboration, and a knack for translating product value into customer impact will be key to thriving.

Above all, we’re looking for a leader who can juggle high-priority initiatives, make decisions in competitive environments, and think creatively under pressure. If you’re a skilled communicator, planner, and relationship builder ready to amplify Performanta’s strategic growth — we’d love to connect.
